Homework Policy

 

 

Children will be assigned homework on a regular basis.  They will receive their homework on Friday and it will be due the following Friday.  Parents are encouraged to work with their child at home to reinforce skills that are taught at school.

 

   

 

Coming Attractions

 

We are planning a trip this fall to Wizards  Orchards in Ypsilanti, MI.  Children will pick apples, go on a hayride and have cider and donuts.  Parents will be encouraged to attend as chaperones. 

 

   

 

 

 

 

 

   

Admission/Withdrawal & Fees Policies


 

Full Time Enrollment Only

 

Full time enrollment will be considered at least 8 hours per day/5 days a week

Registration:  $50.00 ($25.00 for each additional sibling) non-refundable.

 

Tuition:         $125.00 per week for ages 2 1/2—3 1/2                   

                     $115.00 per week for ages 3 1/2—5

                      10% discount for siblings

 

Payment Policy:  Payments can be made monthly or weekly.  Checks or money orders are preferred, but cash will be accepted also.

 

Return Check Policy for Insufficient Funds:  Parent must pay a $35.00 fee for returned checks due to insufficient funds.  If a second check is returned, the parent must pay the $35.00 fee and their personal check will no longer be accepted.  Payment must be made by money order or cash only.

 

Late Fees:  A $10.00 late fee will be added to any account that is 1 week behind in payment.

 

Attendance:  Parents are required to pay for the days that their child is absent due to illness.

 

Vacations: A child will be allowed one week vacation after 6 months of enrollment.  Vacation weeks must be requested 2 weeks in advance.

 

Immunizations:  All children must have documentation showing that their immunization records are up to date.  A child may be required to withdraw from the program if his/her immunization records are not current.  Parents must provide the center with current immunization records from a physician in order to keep their child in the program.

 

Holidays: Mini Miracles Academy will be closed of the following holidays and there will be no deduction in the weekly fees due to these closings:

 

                                           New Years Day

                                    Memorial Day

                                    Independence Day

                                    Labor Day

                                    Thanksgiving Day

                                    Christmas Day    

                   

Inclement Weather:  If the center has to close due to inclement weather, there will  be no deduction in the weekly rate.

 

Late Fees for Daily Pick-up:  Mini Miracles Academy will be open from 7:00 am until 6:00 pm Monday thru Friday.  If a parent is late picking up their child, a fee of $15.00 will be charged for every 1/4 hour.  If a parent is one hour late and cannot be reached, the child will be taken to the nearest police precinct and protective services will be called.

 

Withdrawal Policy:  Mini Miracles Academy reserves the right to ask any child to withdraw from the program for reasons such as, but not limited to:  unresolved behavior issues, failure to pay tuition, and failure to pick up child on time.

 

If a parent chooses to withdraw their child from the center, Mini Miracles Academy requires a two week notice.  If a parent withdraws a child immediately, the parent will be required to pay for the two weeks after withdrawal.  If Mini Miracles asks a child/family to withdraw, the parent will not be expected to pay the two week withdrawal fee.  Any fees up to that point are expected to be paid.
